Ingredients

- 2 very ripe pears (these Dutch pears look green but it’s the variety’s color)- 1 cup (100 gr) oats- 1 package of baking powder (1 tsp)- 1 teaspoon of salt- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract- 1/4 cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt- 1/4 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt- 1 egg- 1/4 c egg whites- 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
Mix dry ingredients together (oats, backing soda, salt, cinnamon). Mix wet ingredients together (Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup). Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Peal and cut the pears in small pieces. Add pears to the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit) or until muffin tops are golden brown.
