2 lb 99% fat free ground turkey breast1 cup chopped white onion, raw6 Tbs ketchup3 Tbs stone ground mustard1 Tbs crushed red pepper flakes1 Tbs garlic powdercombine all ingredients in large mixing bowlheat oven to broilform 8 patties, keeping uniform thickness about 3/4"place patties on broiler pan 2 1/2" below heat sourcecook 5 minutes on each side or until no pink remains at the center
