Asian Chicken

Directions
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast1/3 c soy sauce1/4 c ketchup1/4 c honey3 Tbsp white wine vinegar3 cloves garlic3/4 tsp sesame oil1/4 c cornstarch1/2 c waterRice*
1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. Combine soy sauce, ketchup, honey, white wine vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Pour over chicken.
3. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or LOW for 7-8.
4. Remove chicken to be shredded.
5. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to crockpot.
6. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes, or until sauce thickens as desired.
7. Serve over rice. *NOT included in nutrition info!* (May also make lettuce wraps or serve over noodles).
