Ingredients
Directions
2 tbs. Olive Oil4 tbs. Balsamic Vinaigrette4-5 tbs. Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds0.2 cups Roasted Almonds1 block of Ramen Noodles (without the seasonings... so the calories are actually less than stated)12 oz of Broccoli Slaw
If the almonds that you bought are not roasted then place in a medium pan with a few sprays of non-stick oil and stir constantly until browned
In a small bowl mix together the olive oil and the balsamic vinaigrette
While still in the packaging, crush the Ramen noodles.
In a large bowl combined the broccoli slaw, the almonds, the sunflower seeds, the oil-vinaigrette blend, and the crushed ramen noodles (make sure you take out the seasoning packet)
Stir and place in refrigerator. I find that it tastes best when it sits for a while so that all the flavors can be absorbed.
Some people prefer to add more olive oil or even some sugar, so you can adjust to your tastes.
