Apple Peanut Butter Oatmeal honey chocolate almond coconut cookie smoothie!1/2 cup of Diamond Breeze Original Almond Milk (90 Cal version)1/2 cup of Silk Original (60 cal version) Coconut Milk 1 Golden Delicious (or your favorite type) apple, cored 2 tbsp natural peanut butter2 tbsp quick oats2 tbsp Ovaltine or Cocoa Powder2 tbsp raw pure honey1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger
