Baked Balsamic Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
*Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 43 oz (remove)*baby carrots 10 carrot serving, 1.5 serving (remove)*1 med yellow onion, 2 serving (remove)*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Preheat Oven to 450Mix all vegetables together. Put in greased baking pan. Add chicken. Mix balsamic vinegar and oil. Drizzle over vegetables and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 55 minutes.
