Chicken Vegetable Noodle Lentil Soup

Ingredients
olive oil1 whole onion (diced)2 garlic cloves (minced)1 yellow and red bell pepper2 cups carrots2 cups celery1 deseeded and chopped jalapeno1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)10 cups chicken brothgreen lentils (1.5 cups)Choice of noodles (12 ozs)White kidney beans (2 cans)Diced tomatoes (2 cans)Black Pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in deep soup pot. Cook diced onion and minced garlic until onion is translucent. Add peppers, celery and carrot. Cook for 5 more minutes and then add 10 cups chicken broth. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Add lentils, white kidney beans and diced tomatoes let cook for another 20 minutes. Then add noodles and allow to cook for designated time on the box. Turn off heat and then add shredded chicken. Season to your preferred taste.
