Homemade Nutella

Ingredients
1 Cup Hazelnuts (raw)1/4 Cup cacao powder5 tablespoons agave nectar or honey1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon hazelnut oilpinch celtic sea salt
Directions
1.Roast the hazelnuts at 350° for 8-10 minutes until they darken a bit and smell fragrant
2.Transfer the hazelnuts to a towel and rub off the skins if you can (I didn’t have a lot of luck with this)
3.In a food processor, grind the hazelnuts to a smooth butter, about 5 minutes, scraping the sides as needed
4.Add the cacao, agave, vanilla, oil and salt and process until well blended, about a minute
5.Store in a glass mason jar in the refrigerator
6.Bring to room temperature prior to serving

    Something went wrong doing the recipe. Seems like the oil got separated and everything is sticky instead of creamy. Anyone know why? - 3/4/17
