Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

6 ounces of Cooked (boiled) chicken breast (Seasonings; Garlic, salt and pepper)2-3 Cups egg noodles (or your preference)1 bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables6 cups of Chicken or Beef stock (Preference)1 teaspoon of garlic or 1-2 cloves1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion.
First steam Chicken with about 2 cups of water in bottom of soup pan, with Garlic and salt and pepper, be sure to keep lid on to ensure it cooks thoroughly. Then Drain Chicken, and pull apart to make for peices. Then add Chicken stock and bring to a low boil. Add onion, and mixed vegetables next, and let simmer for about 15 minutes until vegetables are fully cooked. Lastly add Egg noodles, simmer for 5-7 more minutes for noodles to cook. Season with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper, to taste. ENJOY
