Matzoh Balls

Ingredients
*Matzoh Meal, 1 cup (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove) Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove) *Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large (remove) *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the last two plus 2 tbs water. Cover and place in frig for at least 20 min. Put up a pot of water to boil Wet hands and use a tbs to take mixture and make balls about 2 inches. When water boils, drop them in, cover and simmer about 45 min - 1 hour. Drain. Then add to chicken soup. 2 matzoh balls are one serving.
