Canneloni and Spinach Soup

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomotoes2 cans of white beans1.5 quarts of chicken stocktsp parsleytsp oregano.25 tsp red pepper flakespepper2 cloves of garlic or tbsp of garlic salt1 cup dry whole wheat pasta(penne)
Directions
saute onions and garlic in olive oil
add beans, tomatoes, seasonings, and stock
bring to boil on medium heat, simmer for 30 min.
add pasta
boil 7 minutes add spinach and serve after about 5 minutes
