Hot & Sour V8 Soup

Ingredients
2 cups low sodium broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable would all work well)2/3 cup frozen stir fry vegetable blend1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce1 Tbsp rice vinegar0.5 tsp sesame oil (really just a small drizzle for taste)1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce1 can V8 juice (low-sodium)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, continue to boil for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1 pint of soup (1 generous serving)
