Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless2T olive oil1 package of mushrooms chopped1 onion chopped1/2 cup flour (I used gluten free)4 cups chicken stock1/2 cup marsala wine
Directions
Dip egg in breadcrumbs and brown the chicken in olive oil. Take out chicken, and put in chopped mushrooms and saute in a little olive oil. Add the flour and coat the mushrooms, then add the chicken stock and let it simmer till it thickens. Add the wine. Put the chicken back in and simmer for 15-20 minutes
