Penne with Red Sauce and Peach Chipotle Chicken Sausage

Ingredients
*barilla veggie penne pasta, 12 oz *Francesco Rinaldi To Be Healthy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, 3 cup *Clove of Garlic, 3 serving*Crushed Red pepper, 2 tsp *Thin N' Trim Chicken Sausage Chipotle & Peach, 5 serving, cut into into 1/4-1/2" slicesFlorida Crystals Organic Cane Sugar, 5 tsp (or to taste)*Kosher Salt (Morton) (1/4 tsp), 4 serving*Onion powder, 3 tsp*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2 oz*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
-Cook pasta according to box directions.
-Saute veggies (garlic, onion, peppers) & Crushed pepper with olive oil.
-Add ground turkey and brown over low-med heat.
-Cover pot and stir as necessary until brown.
-Add cut sausage to pot and blend with sausage and veggies until warm.
-Add sauce, sugar, onion powder and salt
-Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
