Ricky's Jello Salad

Ingredients
1 box (lg) lemon jello - sugar free1 can (20 oz) curshed pineapple - sugar free1 8 oz fat-free cream cheese1/2 - 3/4 cup low fat mayonaise1 pt - cool whip - sugar free
Directions
Drain pineapple reserving liquid. Measure out 1 cup of juice and bring to a boil. Add juice to jello in medium bowl, mixing until disolved. Place bowl of jello in refrigerator to chill. While jello is cooling, fold whip cream into pineapple in large bowl. In medium bowl whip cream cheese. Fold cream cheese into mayonaise. Fold cream cheese/mayo mixture into pineapple/whip cream mixture. When jello is "semi-jelled," fold into mixture, breaking up large pieces of jello as you mix. Refrigerate and enjoy! Serves approximately 12 1/2 cup servings.
