Ingredients
1/2 pound (8 oz) Baby carrots6 teaspoons brown sugar2 tablespoons butter1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
cook baby carrots by boiling or by steam, whichever you prefer, until just tender. In a small saucepan, heat up the sugar, butter, salt and pepper till mixture is just bubbly. Add cooked baby carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes.
