Carrot Oatmeal Raisin Bars

Ingredients
4 Carrots shredded1/2 Coconut Oil or other oil1/2 applesauce, sweetened1cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour, have used almond flour here1tsp baking powder1tsp salt1/2 cup oats1/4 Craisins or Raisins1/4 Walnuts1/4 Ground Flax Meal
Directions
Mix ingredients, mush into a pan coated with non stick spray, put in a preheated oven, 350 degrees. Check in 25 minutes, if pan is shallow, 30-35 for deeper pans.
