Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
Onion, 1 medium, choppedCelery, 2 medium stalks, choppedRed bell pepper, 1 medium, choppedChili powder, 2 tbspOnion powder, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspPaprika, 1 tbspCumin powder, 1.5 tbspRed pepper flakes or cayenne pepper, 1 tspMushrooms, quartered, 1 cupRed kidney beans, 1.5 cupsWhite Navy beans, 1.5 cupsBlack beans, 1 cupYellow sweet corn, 1 small canDiced tomatoes, 1 can
Directions
1) Chop onion and celery and sautee in pre-heated pan at medium heat until onion turns clear
2) Add red bell pepper to pan and cook for
3) Turn heat to low, add spices and sautee for about 2 minutes
4) Add vegetables, chopped mushrooms and all beans to slow cooker
5) Cook on high for 4-6 hours
