1 package family size ravioli or tortellini (Buitoni)2 large cans chicken broth 99% fat free1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1-6oz. container fresh pico de gallo, mediumSour cream for toppingCilantro (optional)
Boil broth, add ravioli or tortellini and cook as directed on package. Add rinsed beans and salsa after pasta is cooked, return to simmer for 5 mins to heat beans. Serve with a heaping dallop of sour cream and minced cilantro.
