Ground beef gravy

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, 93% lean1 can coconut milk, (I use full fat, use what you like)1/2 med onion, chopped2 cloves garlic1 tsp chicken or beef bullion (better than bullion)1.5 TBSP sweet rice flourspices (your choice, at least some black pepper)
Directions
Cook ground beef in a medium size skillet over medium-low heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sautee until transparent. sprinkle in rice flour. Add coconut milk, bullion and spices. Cook until simmering. If too thick for your liking, add a little water. If too thin, add more rice flour mixed with water. Taste and adjust spices as necessary.
