Sweet and Sour Beef

Ingredients
2lbs Lean Ground Beef1C Ketchup1C Duck Sauce (or honey, or mixed)1/4C Vinegar2T Starch mixed with a little water to dissolve1T Soy SauceRed pepper flakesGarlic and Onion Powder
Directions
While beef is browning in skillet, combine all other ingredients except starch in small sauce pan. bring to simmer, stirring occasionally. Once to temp, add starch and stir. Simmer a minute to thicken. Add to browned beef. Serve over rice.
