Chipotle black bean burgers

Ingredients
1/2 cup veggie ground round1 1/2 cups black beans (cooked or canned)1/2 onion1 cup cooked barley (or brown rice)2 tbsp. Chopped cilantro1/2 cup corn3 tbsp. All purpose flour1/2 tsp Chipotle powder (to taste)1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Put 1/2 cup black beans and onion in food processor and purée
Mash rest of the black beans
Add rest of the ingredients
Add salt and pepper to taste
Form in to patties and fry in non-stick frying pan for 10 minutes (5 per side). Transfer to baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes until firm
