Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients
3/4 C. Pumpkin1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice1 C. nonfat milk1 sm. pkg. sugar free, fat free Jello Cheesecake pudding mix4 squares graham crackers8 T. Lite Cool Whip
Directions
Mix Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Milk, and pudding mix together. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Find 4 1-cup containers. Crush 1 graham square into the bottom of each container, top with 1/4 of Pumpkin mixture, and 2 T. of Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
