Vegan Gluten-Free, Allergy-Free Brownies

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 can (2 cups) Black Beans - well rinsed1 10 oz. bag Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce1 Tbsp. Bob's Red Mill Whole Around Flaxseed Meal3 Tbsp. Water1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp. Real Maple Syrup
Directions
Turn on ove to 350 degrees. Line 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, making sure you have excess paper to grab onto when baking is done.

Put Flaxseed Meal into cup with water and let sit.

Place Beans and Chocolate Chips into food processor or blender (I used a VitaMix**) and blend until beans are broken up. Add remaining ingredients and blend until you have a smooth consistency. Pour into parchment paper lined pan. Bake for 30-35* minutes (my oven took 60 minutes, so check and remove from oven when a toothpick or knife is inserted and comes out clean). Let cool and cut into squares.
