Egg & Potato Waffle/Omelet

Ingredients
2 large eggs (or equivalent liquid egg whites or substitute)1/2 c frozen has brown potatoesgreen onion, choppedsalt & pepper to tastecooking spray
Directions
Prepare grill by inserting the waffle plates, leveling & spraying with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients & pour into one side of the waffle plate. Cook on high setting for approximately 5 minutes or until set & lightly browned.

Serving Size: makes a waffle sized omelet, easily enoung for 2
