Lowfat Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
1 C. Egg Beaters13 oz. 2% Cheddar Cheese1 can nonfat Evaporated Milk1 T. flour1 small can Red Enchilada Sauce8-10 Green Chiles, roasted, peeled, and diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9' X 13' glass pan with nonstick spray. Mix Canned Milk, Egg Beaters, and Flour together in medium size bowl. Set aside. Line pan with chopped green chiles; spread cheese over the top; pour Egg Beater mix over all. Finally pour red enchilada sauce (or green enchilada sauce) over the top. Bake for 30 min; let stand for 10 minutes.
