Butter, salted, 1 stick (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 2.5 cup, shredded (remove)Brie Cheese, 4 oz (remove)Blue Cheese, 3 oz (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/2 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 cup (remove)Pepper, black, 2 tsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)*Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
Melt butter in pot on low. Add half of the finely diced onion and all of the finely diced garlic cloves and saute until soft. Add pepper. Cook for one minute. Add flour. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes; stirring constantly to create a roux. Add vegetable stock stirring constantly. Mixture will begin to thicken. Add shredded cheeses and milk. Stir constantly until melted. Add jalapenos and onions, finely diced. Stir until completely melted and thickened.
