Sweet Veggie Blitz

Ingredients
1 beet, peeled and grated.1/2 a large carrot, peeled and grated.1 apple, cored and chopped.1/2 cup Swiss Chard, chopped.1/4 of a large stalk of celery, chopped.1/4 cup oat bran1 cup mango juice.1/2 cup water.1 teaspoon honey.
Directions
1) Peel and grate the beet and carrot.
2) Core and chop the apple.
3) Dice the celery and Swiss Chard.
4) Place everything into a high speed blender (I use the Nutri-Bullet), and blitz or puree' it until it becomes smooth.
5) Pour into 2 glasses and serve.


Serving Size: makes 2 servings.
