Healthy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 whole roasted cooked chicken, chopped (whichever flavor)1 can of corn (frozen or fresh)1 can red kidney beans, low sodium1 can black beans, low sodium1 can diced tomatoes, with green chiles1 sweet red pepper, chopped
Directions
Cut up the cooked chicken and red peppers to bite size pieces. Add 1Tblsp or more of Taco seasoning and 2Tblsp of diced onions; which ever kind (I used the dried diced onions) or more. Do not drain the cans (1 of each) of the corn or beans or tomatoes.

Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Including the juice of the cans. Close lid and cook on high for 2 hours, if chicken is raw then cook for 4 hours on high then shred or chop up the chicken before serving.
