Ingredients
1/4 cup beet, peeled and grated.1/2 cup carrot, peeled and grated.1 apple, cored and chopped.1/2 cup Swiss Chard, chopped.1/4 cup celery, chopped.1/4 cup chopped onion.1 garlic clove.1/4 cup oat bran2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds.1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds.1+1/2 cup water.1/2 Tablespoon honey.
Directions
1) Peel and grate the carrot and beets. Core and dice the apple. Chop the onion, Swiss chard, and celery.
2) Place everything into the blender or Nutri-bullet cup. Blend until smooth.
3) Divide evenly into 2 cups and serve.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings.
