Barramundi with Mandarin-Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup mandarin oranges1 cup diced cucumber2 tsp chopped green onion2 Tbsp chopped chives3 Tbsp white wine vinegar4 5oz barramundi fillets1 tsp paprika1/4 tsp red pepper flakes2 Tbsp olive oil6 cups salad greens
Directions
1. For the salsa: In a medium bowl combine oranges , cucumber, green onion, chives, and vinegar , toss gently. Refrigerate till needed.

2. Season fillets with paprika, red pepper flakes and salt to taste. Cook fillets in olive oil till flakey.

3. Place salad greens on 4 plates. Top with one fillet and top with divided salsa
