Western Egg cups

Ingredients
6 large eggs1 cup All whites (egg whites)1/4 cup chopped peppers1/4 cup chopped red onion1/2 slice of dinner ham
Directions
Scramble eggs with All Whites, set aside. Sautee all the veggies in small amount of olive oil. Spray oil into muffin tin. Spoon veggie mix evenly into the 12 cups. Poor egg mix evenly into the cups 1/4" from the top. Bake for 15 minutes on 350.
