Ginger pork and potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb pork1 Tbsp ginger3 Tbsp soy sauce, divided1 Tbsp each sake & mirin1 pat butterpotatoesspray oil
Directions
Parboil potatoes.
Saute pork in spray oil, remove.
Heat up ginger, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, sake & mirin. Add pork, stir to coat & remove pork.
Saute potatoes with sauce, adding butter & 1 Tbsp soy sauce. Cook until lightly browned.
