Dogfight 2-Winter Three Grain Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of wild rice, cooked2 cups of pot barley, cooked2 cups of brown rice or wheat berries, cooked1/2 cup of dried cranberries or dried sour cherries1/2 cup of olive oil1/2 cup of cider vinegar1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped2 TBS of Worchestershire sauce or soya sauce2 scallions, chopped fine2-4 cloves of garlic, chopped fine1 medium carrot, chopped1 stalk of celery chopped1 medium apple, chopped fine
Directions
Cook, drain and cool the grain ingredients. Prepare other ingredients as specified and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate and let flavors mingle for an hour or more before serving.
