White Wine Butter Sauce

Ingredients
White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove)Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)Onion powderGarlic powderSaltPepper
Directions
Cook white wine and lemon juice until reduced by at least half over low to medium heat.

Sprinkle some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.

Cut butter into 8 pieces.

Add butter to sauce one piece at a time until 2 pieces are left.

Turn heat off and add last two pieces of butter.

Add fresh herbs if you wish.

Serving Size: about 1 to 1.5 tbsp
