INGREDIENTSCooking spray 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 (10.75 ounce) can low fat cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
Add soup, milk, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
