Peach/ginger Breakfast smoothie (non-dairy)

Ingredients
1 fresh Banana (Medium size) at your favorite level of ripeness3/4 cup of frozen unsweetened peaches1 small (1/4 inch thick) slice of ginger root 1/2-2/3 cup of water
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and use the "liquefy" button. Adjust water and ginger root to your preferences.

Makes 2 servings

Note: if keeping this for the next day, you may need to add a little lemon juice in place of some of the water, to keep fruit from discoloring. Also, you will probably want to pop it back onto the blender, as the fruit and liquid will have likely separated.

    Why would one not simply eat fruit? All this "recipe" entails is mashed up banana, mangled and chemically tainted peach-flavored product, an overwhelming dash of spice, and tap water.
