Amanda's Shepards Pie

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef4 medium sized potatoes 1 clove garlic1 small onion1 can creamed corn1 can sweet corn
Directions
Defrost beef. Cook over med-high heat all the way. Add onions and garlic when meat is almost all brown. Drain excess grease/fat. Boil Potatoes untill soft, then mash with 1% milk (and butter if desired).

Put meat in bottom of a casserole dish, then dump both cans of corn on top of the meat. Put already mashed potatoes on top of everything, and bake for one hour and ENJOY!

    Very simple. Bake time was an hour but prep time was only 15 minutes. Liked it a lot... My husband did too. - 6/3/08
