White Bean Soup

Ingredients
4 Tbs Butter1 Onion, Diced1 Head of Cabbage, Shredded1 1/2 cup carrot, chopped2 Tomatoes, diced6 Cups water2 Knorr Boullion cubes2 cans Navy beans, rinsed and drained2 Tbsp BasilSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in stock pot. Add diced onions, tomatoes and carrots and sauté for a few minutes. Add cabbage and other other ingredients. Cook on medium high heat until tender.
