Vegan Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips

2 cups all-purpose flour ( can make with half whole wheat)3/4 cups white granulated sugar 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed3/4 t. baking soda3/4 t. salt3/4 t. cake spice (can sub 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ground cloves)1/2 cup non-dairy milk1 t. vinegar (calls for apple cider, but I have used plain)4 mashed ripe bananas. I like to leave some chunks1/4 cup oil2 T. maple syrup1 t. vanilla extract1 bag vegan chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350, grease 9x5 loaf pan (or you can make 16 muffins)
Mix vinegar with soy milk and set aside.
Mix flour, sugars, baking soda, salt and spice.
Mash bananas together with other wet ingredients, add milk mixture.
Combine wet and dry ingredients with chips until just mixed. Do not over mix.
Put into greased loaf pan or muffin pans.
Bake about an hour. I
