Chicken breast, cooked (12 oz can)Plain yogurt, low fat 1/4 cupGrapes, seedless, halved, 2 cupsApple, medium, cored and diced smallWalnuts, chopped 1/4 cupCurry Powder, 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper, 1 teaspoonSalt, 1/2 teaspoon (if needed)Butter lettuce, 1 head, wash leaves for wrapCombine all of the ingredients, spoon onto lettuce leaves to create finger food wraps.
