TJ's Tuna Patties

Ingredients
2 cans Tuna (in water) rinsed/drained1/4 c. white vinegar 1/4 c. old fashioned oats 1 medium egg1/2 c. broccoli 1/2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions
Drain and rinse tuna. Add all but your vegetables to a medium sized mixing bowl, and mix together. Mix in the broccoli, or whatever you went with, and you're ready to make the patties. In a skillet, lightly coat with walnut, coconut, extra virgin olive oil, a cooking spray… Heat on medium to medium high heat, cooking each side about 7-10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
