Chicken Carbonara

Ingredients
2 Packages Uncle Ben's Garlic and Butter Rice10 Bacon 1 inch sliced1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, slices1 tsp garlic1 cup Heavy cream1 cup peas2 oz parmesan cheese shedded3 green onions thinly sliced (optional)
Directions
1. Cook rice to package directions
2. cook bacon until crisp, drain off
3. Cook chicken until seared on all sides
4. add garlic, cream; simmer until it begins to thicken. Add Peas, continue to cook until peas are heated through. Stir in enough cheese to thick sauce to desired consistency.
5. Serve over rice, top with cheese, garnish with green Onions.(if desired)
