Dads crock pot beef stew

1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat2 Tbs olive oil1/4 C flour12 oz beer of your choice1 C carrots, chopped1 C celery, chopped6 medium red potatoes quartered1 large onion chopped1 tsp worchestershire sauce
Heat olive oil in large skillet.
Dredge meat in the flour in a zip lock bag.
Brown the meat on all sides.
While browning meat, quarter potatoes and chop carrots, celery and onion.
Add all to crock pot with potatoes in first.
Add the browned meat to crock pot.
Deglase skillet with the beer, scrapping up the crispy bits.
Reduce sauce and add to crock pot
add worchestershire sauce.
Cook on high for 5-6 hourd
