Ingredients
1 Polish Sausage Rope1 Bag of Frozen Green Beans1 White Onion (chopped)1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes w/Lime & Cilantro1 Cup Beef Broth2 tsp Garlic Powder (or to taste)1 tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)
Directions
1. Cut sausage into thin slices. Begin frying in pan, then add onion once they have started to release some of their grease. No need to add oil. Add garlic powder.
2. Once onions turn translucent and sausage has begun to get nice tasty brown marks, add beef broth, green beans, tomatoes, and pepper. Cover and let simmer for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 good sized portions
