Easy Tuna Salad for 1

Ingredients
1 Packet Tuna in Water (Starkist, etc...) 3 oz.2 packets Splenda (1 pk. if you like it less sweet)1 tbsp. Dill Relish
Directions
Combine tuna, splenda and dill relish - enjoy! It sounds like it might be dry without any mayo but the moisture in the no-drain pouch combined with the pickle relish really do make it moist.

If you like a more traditional Tuna Salad simply add 1 tbsp. light mayo and add the calories, etc... I enjoy mine with Garlic Melba Rounds (5 rounds = 60 cals, 1 g fat, 90 mg. sodium, 11 g carbs and 2 gs protein).
