Szechuan Noodles with Spicy Beef Sauce

12 oz (cooked weight) ground beef, drained (about 16 oz. raw)1 cup chopped onion1 tsp. granulated garlic1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh gingershake of ground chipotle2 TBS sesame oil4 TBS cornstarch1 1/2 cup beef bone broth1/3 cup hoisin sauce1 TBS. Bragg's liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)3 oz. asian rice noodles, cooked2# frozen asian vegetables
1) In a skillet over high heat, pour sesame oil. Saute onion, garlic, ginger and chipotle until onion is tender.
2) In a bowl or shaker bottle, dissolve cornstarch into beef broth until smooth.
3) Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce and Liquid Aminos into onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for one minute.
4) Stir in cooked ground beef.
5) Toss with frozen veggies, heat through, then toss in cooked noodles.
