Ingredients
Red Onion, Fresh, 0.5 cup dicedGarlic, .5 clove mincedLentils, .5 cup *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Newman's Own Bandito Salsa Medium, 2 Tbsp, 4 serving (or any salsa)*Knorr Vegetable Bouillon - 1 cube, 1 serving *Ancho Chile Powder - 1 tsp, .25 tsp *chipotle chile pepper powder, .25 tspChili powder, 1 tbspZucchini 1/2 cup diced7 oz water
Directions
Put all ingredients in slowcooker. Set to high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-12
