Snow shoveling chicken avocado sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole grain bread4 oz. of pre-cut chicken (leftovers from a roast are nice)3- 4 leafs of very green lettuce (romaine, bib)3-4 slices of cucumberFresh avocado -scoop out 2 tablespoons2 slices of tomato (beefsteak or other)Slice off 2 servings of bread, smear avocado on one slice.Pile on the chicken.Layer tomato, cucumber and lettuce. Attach top slice.Cut in half. Enjoy.
