4 cups chicken broth4 cups vegetable broth3 pounds chicken breasts1 cup onion1 TBLS crushed garlic1 whole bay leaf1/4 TSP sea salt1/4 TSP black pepper2 cups peeled and cubed butternut squash2 cups dubbed yellow summer squash2 cups cubed zucchini1 cup broccoli1 cup mushrooms1 cup barley
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot an simmer 4-6 hours on high.
